Putting the detailed facial features in white is a little confusing...I stared at the blob on the left for about 30 seconds until I recognized another surgeon.
I like the odd choice of placement though. 3.

again, i typically dont like blood on my shirts. however, i like how the blood is taking shapes of little people. perhaps there should be a little one on the ground with an umbrella, while the blood is hitting the umbrella like rain (since you already have the rain drops)

The surgeons/nurses are a bit hard to make out, but I like the concept. The placement is cool too.

I like it. It's dark and funny all at the same time. Do you perhaps work in the medical field. But a little critique. The parachute thing is a little over done, change it something else, like representations of the 7 deadly sins or something like that and I would rock the shirt!

my two cents: lose a few of the smallest blood splatters, move the parachute, simplify the surgeons so the drawing style matches the blood, get rid of the white except maybe for the mask and gloves, make it clear there is a body on the table and of course center placement.

haha, that made me laugh.

I'm going to just guess that the tshirt length isn't something that would be up to me. They would most likely print it on the same shirts that they always print on. This is just for reference. And...is it THAT long?
