wow, but I don't think we could get away with the Barney image As long as it doesn't say Barney, there shouldn't be a problem. Back in his hayday there were all sorts of "Purple Din0saurs" that would come to malls and take pictures with kids. The kids called them Barney, they always called themselves "Purple Dinosaur." I don't know that his general likeness is copyrighted, especially if it's not purple. |

Great idea and awesome design! There may be some licensing issues with the small picture of Barney. Without it, it may not be as clear, though .Maybe you can change it up a bit while still keeping the message clear.
