I love it, the only thing that I could think of that would sell "ice cream cone" a little more to me would be some hash marks on the cone itself.

SHUTUP with the lose the text comments... the text is fine, just change the font to something more interesting and that fits the design more, try a tattoo font, that might look better

I almost really like it. Definitely without the text, and definitely without the starburst in the BG though... But the one thing that would make me really like it would be having some kind of meaning behind it. Either that, or lose the "Death's Cream" concept so you could create a design that could stand up on its own.

It's pretty good. I think it would be funnier if it was DeathCream as opposed to Death's Cream (haha vaguely dirty) Still good tho. I'd probably wear it.
