From what I can tell the lady stepped on him and is using the stick to remove Pony-juices from her heel.

Finally a shirt that expresses everybodys dislike of ponies. Maybe try a tissue instead of the stick to clean off her shoe. Very original! Neat style!

okay, i definitely get it now. thanks for explaining it (auro and kennnnnnnnn). thanks for being an ass, cstalhei.

anyway, i think i agree with basically normal about the tissue suggestion. this is nit-picky, but here goes: using a stick to clean off dog crap makes sense because it is a solid substance. but using a stick to wipe off blood, a liquid, makes less sense to me. so, maybe she could be using a cloth, or maybe you could add some foliage to the stick. to me, a leaf on a stick would be more helpful in cleaning off blood than just a stick itself.

thanks for bearing with my very detail-oriented criticism. all in all, this shirt really stands out from other submissions. 4 for creativity.

Haha, God, I love it.

But since I love it so much, I have to be picky now in order to give you my 5 and buy (which you will be getting by the way). Like someone stated above, remove some of the wrinkles in her dress. It's a little distracting and takes away from what the image is really about. And the comments about replacing the stick with a tissue. I would try it. It might look much better, because of the things Dow Jones already pointed out.

But besides that, I bow down to your twisted ingenious creativity.

Really, really like your illustration style. Loved the woman with the watermelons, and have the pooteweet or whatever it is called,...birdman with ultra nips. I didnt even know until just now it was yours.

I like your illustration style - I would like to see more.
as far as presentation is concerned you might not want to put that pic in the background. the gif (as you can see) doesn't come out so well and can be pretty distracting.

generally, at least in my experience
if a heel stabs through something, only the heel does
and the toe doesnt really do any damage.

this is another design showing cruelty to horses? what the hell dont you designers like about them?

and its not very realistic, is it?

i mean, how the hell can you get your heel stuck in a horse's side? a horse stands up, and its not everyday you go kick a side of a horse with heeled shoes on.

again, animal cruelty. its not nice, sorry.
