It's a nice simple concept, but the skull is what throws it off. You can fix it by flipping it.

The design and colour choices actually fit well together...but like the others said, the skull kinda destroys the perspective you were aiming for. If you can find a way to give it depth as if it WAS at the tip of the pill, THAT would be AWESOME!!

Have to fix the skull as the others have mentioned, but the design itself is cool and the colors are great together.
