i actually think the design and the message are strong enough to stand without the text being right above the pic. I'd either get rid of the text altogether or move it to the back of the shirt, maybe on the bottom corner. Love the illustration though!

I have to agree with the previous postings on moving and scaling down the text or eliminating it all together. Overall I think it is a very effective design. Well done!!

Yeah, with the others, the design is great but the message has more finesse and style without any text, especially a pun.

The cone needs some work on coloring and design, and the shape of the melting world looks sort of unnatural. It's also hard to tell what it is at first. Sorry. I do love the idea and "ice crime" is fun to say. 3
