i love how the design fills the entire shirt, but it still needs a bit of work, mainly the kids that are front and center... what is the girl carrying?

A spray can I belive. But I agree, some more work on the details of the children would really lift this.

I like the concept, but you could definitely do more with the blue paint. Maybe do some cool designwork on the buildings?

The stroke around the kids should go. I think two or three colors would work better instead of four also.
