Hideous baby aside, the anatomy is bizarre.... Why do they have three stomachs, two esophagi, no intestines, and no heart? Why is the one esophagus going stright into the umbilical chord? I mean... WTF?

the liver needs to look more solid, the lungs a bit bigger. And where are bowels? The design is just floating like this.

I think it's a cartoonish piece of art...just personally I don't mind the anatomically incorrect nature of it haha.

Also, where are these three stomachs? That baby is growing in a uterus, man.

Actually, I think the mom ate an apple that had a worm in it. She got the apple, fetus got the worm.
