i like everything but the composition. even though it's kinda hard to tell, what with everything going on, the whole thing fits roughly in a box (with the exception of maybe the upper-leftmost bird). and that just takes this whole freaky forest trip and makes it a little boring to look at. sprawl it out a bit and i'm sold. nice work—your illustrations and critiques add a needed level of art-ness to this site.
