the hand on the neck should go behind and wrap around otherwise it's not normal.

It's so weird shaped, cause the character had been designed by child, I only worked it out..

i would usually agree on the guitar but this illustration is so successfully stylized that something like the mechanics of playing a guitar correctly just doesn't matter (especially if part of the concept is that it was actually designed by a child and then worked out)
