I think this is an awesome shirt but take out the numbers...i think the pong game is strong enough to stand on its own

Without the numbers, though, the game isn't unfair - it could be tied! I like this a lot, but I think you could actually make the size discrepancy even more pronounced. Funny - nice design!

Maybe if the flipper was nearly as big as the side it is on would be funnier? and maybe some frustration q-bert signals above the "head" of the smaller paddle?
