i don't know if this is going to be printable, since wouldn't the strings have to "match up" at the back or something? or how does that work? it's an interesting design, though.

i think purple could work if it was a roral purple with gold or some other color revealed below...the gray and purple just don't do much for me...also not a huge fan of the checker pattern...though maybe in another color it would look cool....i think black and hot pink would be cool....like black on top and hot pink on the bottom...good concept though

I'm assuming the "transparent" pattern is the part that would be printed? It could be tricky to print, but clever.
