Its cute but if it has a concept its not coming through
and if it doesnt have a concept- its just one more cute
kitten t-shirt- it is cute and well crafted though.

Presentation is everything and putting it on a headless torso doesnt make it look very attractive.

If the ribbon was different it might be clearer. Like, maybe it could go across the torso and also have it go over a shoulder and through the legs?

Yeah, not clear enough.

The ribbon just looks like a scarf. You need to make the present/wrapping feature MUCH more obvious or the concept will fade.
