YES! Yes. Yes.Keep the text. I'm not sold on the colors but that really doesn't matter. I adore this. I love the parallelism between the dropped book and the abducting book.

"Colleagues state that he had become obsessed with the notion of 'beings from another world', and claimed to have discovered an 'alien' code hidden within the text of a pocket edition of Dr. Johnson's Dictionary.
