Like the white, birds make your cool design uneven on the black. Clean and good colours. Actually don't need birds or clouds.

I think the swirly pointy bits on the top and bottom should be either in line with each other or more off. As they are it looks like they're supposed to be in line but aren't quite right. I'm guessing it's a peace T so it needs the doves, but the clouds are quite ugly compared with the rest of the artwork. Top right dove more to the left for better balance, no clouds = 4

^what he said about the O's, their placement sorta annoys me at the moment.

At the risk of sounding overly critical, I'll give my honest opinion---It lacks a strong or original statement, and does look like a band or promotional T-shirt. I too don't like the clouds and the off-center doves.

I think it would be nice to replace the clouds and doves with noise-making instruments.
