the Art Director final:

so i finally got to do a Pitch cover. Started it on Wednesday afternoon, stayed up like a madman got it done by the deadline on Friday. But on Monday i was informed that i had to redesign it, simplify it and make it more legible...i agreed and belted a 2nd cover out. After that went to test print, they realized that, although the art was good, it did not read well from afar. So they asked me one more time to go at it, with only 2 hrs to spare. so i did.

if you wanna look at the other two designs:

this is a shirt for the band Danger Radio for whom i initially did this poster design for their upcoming tour.

although the poster is decently illustrated, it's a little too scooby doo for my personal tastes...

so with the shirt i did some hardcore studying and came up with what you see up there, and boy am i proud of it.

*i think you'll see a shift in what/how i illustrate from now on

high five!

a long time ago i submitted under my old alias (on here anyway) Gimetzco, these 2 designs. when they failed here, i remixed them and took them to a South African site called Springleap.com and they eventually got printed. i received the first print today, and it's really quite good in quality and it's an accurate print of the design...zero flaws.
