one of my fav camp stories:

these two counselours who had a group of little kids were walking on the path and they find this tampon. The tampon isnt used or out of its applicator, its just there, peacefully, waiting for somebody to pick it up. So Becca, one of the counselors dicreetly picks up the tampon so nobody sees it. of course, some little kid spots the thing and asks what it is. "Well", says Tori, the other counselor, "Its a woodland creature, its very rare in these parts"
"Yea", Becca goes along with the story. And then she pushes the tampon out of its applicator and says"Look, its coming out of its shell!" The kids think its the coolest thing ever. Then a camper asks if it can swim. So the counselors put the tampon in the creek and told th kids that water made it grow.

oh jeez.
it sounds alot better when its told by Becca or Tori.
