My Fujifilm 5100 camera sold off on eBay for over $300, so I was able to afford the new camera that I was longing for. I went with a Nikon CoolPix 7900 & am delighted that I did! The color and clarity of the shots is beautiful, as well as the camera itself is very easy to use. Of course, all that is important, but I also wanted to make sure that I got a camera that could fit in my purse; I like to be able to take random shots :) My best friend, Matt, was also quite happy that I have become a Nikon fan.
Today was my first day with it & I took some random shots aroud my apartment to show its goodness. ![]() (My monthly magazine subscription stack; yes, I read them all cover-to-cover) ![]() (A random snack & my current reading material - I miss Whole Foods Organic Tortilla Chips) ![]() (My current stack of books to read) ![]() (Moi, today, very much in need of a shower)
Well lads & lassies, it has become official. In May 2006 (after my current lease runs out), my boyfriend & I are packing up & moving to San Francisco.
Any info on the local area, as well as websites to help with the move, are most appreciated :)
