I baked some blueberry muffins recently and my best friend was quite enamored with them. She actually said to me one day, "I dreamt about your muffins last night."




So I was inspired to write this:

For those not familiar with the song

My first thought was "cut up."

My neighbor just stopped by and about 5 minutes into the conversation, I realize there is a piece of blueberry on my teeth (I had just had a smoothie). I promptly get it out and then feel embarrassed, try to act cool and then think, "Why the hell didn't he say something while I'm talking with what probably looked like a missing tooth?"




What do you do in these situations? How hard is it to say, "Hey... uhh, you've got something there... in your teeth."

Good thing I wasn't on a job interview...

I feel a new level of love for my husband for reminding me of this song.

So I acquired 4 tickets to a game tonight and posted them on craigslist. As the day wore on, I called some friends and they want 2 (for free).

Then I had someone call to buy all 4 but I said I had already given away 2 and now she's only buying 1. I could make $100 if she buys all 4.

I'm wanting to de-gift with the friends so I can make some much needed cash. Is this OK or am I coming off totally Whatley?
