I like the goat, I like her nose.. her feet are getting a little lost I think. though i dont know what you would do to improve that. maybe a different color for the dress..

background suggestions, a small house on a hillside something like that. I dont know.. looks real good though

Thanks y'all. A house, you know strangely enough...this is inside in my mind...like some kind of little structure...I just don't know anything about what I'm thinking regarding it. As far as the feet getting lost...hmmm...I''ll have to think about that. Thanks again!

Very nice drawing! Get rid of the goat's hind foot though... it doesn't really need to be there and at a glance it sorta looks like a package. :-P

i do like the legs, but it's almost as if she's sitting unlady-like, you know? and her knee looks a little bit off.

wow, looking lovely. i like that you changed the angle of the knee tendons, and extended the hemline a touch. the added goats are perfect.

i'm not sure about the ground though. i liked the solid background, with perhaps some hints of wheat grasses or subtle folliage, in the medium brown colors, scattered about. hmmm...

Thanks littlem. I think those things really improved the design. The ground is kind of a place holder right now. I'm going to be working on a couple of background ideas. Also, shirt colors...brown?

I don't see the feet as a problem - they follow the natural focal point from her hair/shoulders to her harp then the feet -

makes for some nice triangles

I don't know if this is what is throwing me off or not but it might be.

above the feet, you have lines going in the exact same direction almost mimicking what the foot is doing, and the cloth is sort of going under her leg, which I dont know if it would do or not, Im not sure if maybe if you played around with that, it might help, but if no one else sees a problem with it, then forget everything Im saying.

I see that DG is sayin - i think - maybe if you widen the top foot so it covers the heel of the bottom foot and eliminates that line issue

I don't know if this has already been said but I'm going to say it anyway.

I really love the composition and the colour feels really soft and gentle. But I think her hair is too cut out, it needs a bit more depth, because the goats fur (is it fur or hide??) looks real but her hair doesn't.

Other than that, this is stellar work! You got skills!

I'd like the hair to be more decorative instead of realistic, but I think I'll play with some highlights. I've got another color to play with and I think that adding a bit to the hair would be good. Thanks!

Hey y'all. Trying to finish this and move on to some new stuff. I know the clouds aren't totally awesome right now...any ideas? I was thinking of some textural work, but I think it might bet too busy. Advices?

I think something about her left foot is sorta bugging me... like, if you look at her knee and the rest of her left it looks like it's shifting at a downward angle, which means not as much of the bottom of her heel should be showing... because it should be angling away from us. Does that make sense? Maybe considering nixing the clouds too. The rest of the image is so delicate, and the clouds sort of take away from that. Otherwise, it's looking really good :-)
