well what kinda feel are you going for on the first one...and as for the second one maybe leave it alone and put it on white...i kinda like it as is?

My associations with the first are: crimes, getaway cars, thirties gangstaz etcetera. Something like a great jail escape or something. A snapshot out of a story. You could make it like a movie poster thingy or something. Just my probably useless thoughts.

that first one definitely seems like a bank robbery getaway. maybe a cop car behind the main car and cash flying everywhere.

all the other pink things don't overlap like that

for the top one, i'd like a better idea where you are trying to go with it. is it a mobster? is it a detective? there certainly needs to be a womanly figure somewhere (in the smoke? is that too cliche?). the police car by itself racing out of the city is confusing me. is there any signifigance to the background shape being like one of those painter palettes? sorry for the bazillion questions. i think it is really interesting and i hope there's more of a story to it by the time you sub.

I really like the second one, though I'd prefer it with a different color scheme, something closer to your usual, right now they seem too bright, but might just be me.

another thought, if you do what I or chelly suggested, the first one could be a sub for the true stories loves comp.

first one looks like it needs something BLOWING UP! like the bottom of the build or another cop car etc.

i'll also post some changes to the second wip but i probably won't put it in the critiques because it almost done. i think i need to work on some more contrast in color. also, the pink lines are kind of a "place-holder" layer for stuff on the design. the pink circle will actually be behind the leg and be a sun.

i can't wait to get home from work and work on these!!
