My writing mentor has this to say about me:
Karly's humor, irreverence and curiosity fuel a passion for writing that she has had since she was a small girl and have formed in her a fervor for philosophy and literature, especially fantasy; namely C.S. Lewis. She has read "The Chronicles of Narnia" countless times and has seen it (in its film version) even more. In three years, Karly has developed tastes, styles, opinions and preferences all her own, to the delight of her mentor and possibly to the alarm of her parents. She exhibits exponential growth, not only as a writer, but as a woman. Karly has nearly completed what her mentor deems an epic novella entitled "The Alarium," which charts the adventures of a disenfranchised girl in a mysterious, often beautiful land at civil war, only to realized that it is her own inner landscape.
