Hello there, and how are you doing today?

Pretttttty good, prih tee goood...There's fresh snow on the ground, and I love it!

How did you get your start in design?

Hmmmm, well I would have to blame that on my dad. He used to draw cars for me when I was really young, and I loved it. I recently found one of the drawings, and lets just say, I was easily impressed as a child. I started tracing coloring books, then I started copying cartoons from coloring books, and from there I just kept drawing and drawing. When I was about 17, I pretty much stopped drawing entirely, then a few years later, picked it up again, and started drawing constantly! Went to art school (boo!) and now I work as a Concept Artist at Raven Software & do freelance on the side.



What inspires your work?

Ooh! Lots of stuff. I am inspired to become a better artist as I have surrounded myself with extremely talented people ( Such as those on Threadless! ) I am inspired to do pieces when I get an idea that I just have to show people. Usually I go for something that can spark conversation, or something thats funny & ironic. I have a blast turning ordinary things into creepy anthropomorphic characters.



How does it feel to have a design selected by Threadless?

Oh jeez, its a GREAT feeling. I have always been surprised when I receive an e-mail saying I have won. The whole experience of going from the idea, to doing the art, voting & having it release is very exciting. I hope to have more in the future! Its definitely one of those things that makes your day/week/month/year.....life...



What do you plan to spend your hard-earned cash on?

Well if I had it my way, I would probably spend it all on toys, & video games, but this mother truckers got bills to pay! Ha, who am I kidding, I think I bought a 360 last time I won.

Cheese? I really like those pre wrapped sticks of chedder...YES!
Book? Hmm, I have lots of art books I really love, I cant choose!

Song? Probably something by Creedance.

Curse word? BALLS!.......is balls a curse word? if not, then shit, no wait, SHIT BALLS! yes, "shit balls"

Threadless shirt? Ohh so many! I have worn "Caged" to death. ( Franx is the freakin man.)
Sport? Football
James Bond? Pierce Brosnan..............HAHA omg, totally kidding. Probably Daniel Craig, or Sean Connery
Smell? Play-doh
Website? PASS!
Right or Left handed? Both... Here's the breakdown. Right Handed: Write, Eat, & Throw Frisbee. Left Handed: Throw, Bat, Computer Mouse & Bowl......I'm a freak!
Political? Very much so. Go Kucinich and Ron Paul! (I know its weird since they are both on opposite sides of the political spectrum, but they are both all about peace & restoring the constitution, which is something thats been poop'd and pee'd on in the past years.)
Wine Cooler? GAH! Gives me heartburn...
